How to Book and Terms!

THE PROCESS
First of all, we need to know potential dates, numbers and preferred courses. If the accommodation is available then we will get potential tee times.  We will forward this information to the organiser with the total cost per person for the package.
If the organiser is happy with this information and wishes to go ahead then we reserve the golf and accommodation. To confirm these bookings we ask for a non refundable deposit of £10 per person per night.
Four weeks prior to arrival the outstanding balance needs to be paid. Shortly after this the organiser will receive full confirmation and the golf passport.
Two weeks prior to arrival – the organiser needs to supply a rooming list.
We find this process works well and takes away the stresses for the organiser whilst on the golf break.

CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or amend all or part of your reservation, please do so as far in advance as possible.
In most cases this liability can be covered by insurance. We therefore strongly recommend that cancellation insurance is taken out.
If you cancel your golf breaks, you must inform Yorkshire Coast Golf in writing before the arrival date. Cancellation charges depend upon when we receive your written instruction prior to the date of your scheduled arrival. No-shows will be charged at the full rate for the reservation.
29 days or more before arrival – Deposit returned less an administration charge of £20 per person.
15 – 28 days – 50% of accommodation is refundable.
14 days or less – 100% of total holiday price including the golf is forfeited.
